What You'll Be Doing
* Providing day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record-keeping
* Acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
* Handling enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach
* Escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely follow-up
* Keeping customer and administrative records up to date in relevant systems

* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal friendly, helpful, and solution-focused approach
* Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving queries
* Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, email systems, CRM tools)
* Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
* A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage
* Basic understanding of office procedures
