About the Role
4 on 4 off shift pattern
6am-6pm
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be responsible for creating and executing daily, weekly, and forward-looking production plans. You'll work closely with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a rolling 7-day forecast using ERP and customer insights
* Create accurate daily production plans, factoring in labour, materials, and machinery
* Collaborate with Operations to maximise capacity and minimise downtime
* Monitor and adjust production plans in response to real-time changes
* Communicate daily schedules and updates to Sales and Customer Service
* Plan effectively for promotions and ensure timely execution
* Manage arrivals and stock levels to support production needs
* Use MRP Prophet and planning tools to drive efficiency and accuracy
* Maintain and review ERP master data weekly
* Oversee system admin functions including works order and sales order syncing
* Report on shift performance using ERP metrics
* Support the Planning Manager with 12-week forward plans
* Train team members on planning tools and processes
* Attend daily planning meetings and provide updates on production status
* Collaborate with Operations to resolve production challenges in real time
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience with ERP systems (Prophet or similar)
* In-depth understanding of production capacity, machinery, and labour planning
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and accuracy

* Experience in supply chain or production planning environments
