This leading international firm's Restructuring practice in London is currently seeking to add an Associate with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded and growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Lawyer to gain exposure to a broad range of complex, high-value Restructuring and Insolvency matters (both domestic and international) within a supportive and collaborative firm culture.
The successful candidate will have broad non-contentious/transactional Restructuring experience, with a strong understanding of insolvency procedures and frameworks.
You will be involved in advising on:
* Restructuring plans and cross-border transactions;
* Matters spanning a range of industry sectors and involving diverse stakeholders, including financial institutions, funds, creditors, debtors and office holders;
* Both onshore and offshore restructurings, including work for regulatory bodies and insolvency practitioners;
* More experienced Associates will be given the opportunity to run their own cases and to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
What the firm is looking for:
Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-4 years' PQE in a leading Restructuring and Insolvency practice;
* Experience in non-contentious/transactional work, ideally with exposure to cross-border mandates;
* Background in a highly ranked international law firm or team;
* Strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent).
