Motorshift are an ever expanding used car dealership in Bury, Greater Manchester and we are seeking a professional and friendly part-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in using computerised systems and office software
* Ability to maintain professionalism in a busy environment while providing good customer service.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting colleagues as needed.

Hours:
Friday 9:30 - 17:30
Saturday 9:30 - 17:00
Occasional overtime shifts also available.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
