We’re looking for a Service Support Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy. You’ll be at the centre of communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams — ensuring that maintenance, remedial works, and service calls are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Support Coordinator, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our service department by:
Coordinating planned maintenance and remedial work between clients and engineers.
Providing cover and continuity for Account Handlers, maintaining excellent client relationships.
Monitoring progress to ensure works are completed within KPI targets and are commercially viable.
Preparing essential documentation such as risk assessments and method statements.
Managing emergency call-outs and ensuring response times meet contractual obligations.
Handling customer enquiries promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Managing administrative duties such as job bookings, data entry, and processing paperwork.
Issuing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.
Supporting the wider service team with ad-hoc coordination and project tasks.
About You
You’re proactive, reliable, and great at juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure. You enjoy working in a busy environment and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.
Skills and experience you’ll bring:
Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or coordination — ideally in a technical, engineering, or service-based environment.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
A solid understanding of basic financial processes such as budgeting or job costing.
A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
Confidence, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
A willingness to learn industry-specific systems and regulations.
