About you
* Third‑level qualification in business, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in a busy office or supply chain environment
* Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or MRP systems
* Experience with Oracle is desirable
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Desirable: CIPS qualified or working towards this
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment
What you'll do
* Schedule and manage the flow of production parts from suppliers to support manufacturing
* Liaise with suppliers and internal production teams to maintain supply continuity
* Raise purchase orders and approve supplier invoices
* Monitor and update pricing agreements
* Support tendering and pricing requests
* Attend daily planning and control meetings
* Maintain accurate data within the ERP system
