This role is a one year fixed term contract .Sutton Kersh Auctions are a market-leading property auction house with a reputation for delivering results, exceptional customer service, and trusted advice. We specialise in selling residential, commercial, and land assets through regular live online auctions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Auction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Role Summary: The Auction Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our auction sales, from initial instruction through to post-sale completion. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, solicitors, agents and internal stakeholders, managing multiple deadlines and processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding process for new auction properties, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timelines. Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and agents to gather all required documentation, including legal packs and special conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our CRM and auction platforms. Assist in preparing auction catalogues and marketing materials. Provide administrative support throughout the auction cycle, including managing viewings, deposits, and post-sale paperwork. Handle client queries promptly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service Support live auction days including registration Skills & Experience Required: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines. Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
