Hospitality Coach

What will you be doing?
* Working with learners at their place of work, often for some of the UK’s most renowned industry names.
* Coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to meet their apprenticeship standards.
* Providing support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications.
* Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting, and achievements using our bespoke learner platform (training provided).
What will you bring to the role?
* Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a Food & Beverage environment.
It would be great if you had
* Previous experience delivering training in your sector.
* Experience working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous roles.
