About the role:

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.
What will the role involve?
1. Working in partnership with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children.
2. Supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
3. Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.
Who are we looking for?
We seek someone passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for children. The candidate should have:
* Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
* An Enhanced DBS check (we'll cover the costs).
* Be open, honest, compassionate, inspiring, and passionate about early years and working with children.
