Are you passionate about delivering a five-star customer experience? Our client, a prestigious 5-star-rated housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to oversee their Eastern Region, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the regional Customer Care team to deliver outstanding after-sales service.

Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
*
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics (NHBC, internal KPIs).
*
Liaise with internal departments and contractors to ensure timely resolution of defects.
*
Continuously improve the customer journey, identifying areas for innovation and enhancement.
About You:

Proven experience in a customer care management role, ideally within residential development or construction.
*
Strong leadership and people management skills.
*
Calm under pressure, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the Eastern region.
