Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons suited to SEMH learners
Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment
Support pupils in developing emotional regulation, resilience, and academic progress
Work collaboratively with SEN professionals, parents, and external agencies
Apply trauma-informed and restorative approaches to behaviour and relationships
About You:
QTS or QTLS (essential)
Child DBS on the update service
Experience working with SEMH students in an SEN or mainstream setting
A compassionate, resilient, and flexible approach to teaching
Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND legislation
