Our healthcare team plays a vital role in promoting health and well-being among the prison population. We pride ourselves on using skills and strategies that instil hope for patients' future resettlement into the community. We provide integrated Mental Health, Physical Health, Pharmacy, and Clinical Substance Misuse services to offer effective and responsive care aimed at improving well-being and future outcomes.

As a key member of our team, your insights and contributions will help shape our strategies and patient outcomes. You will manage a mixed caseload, delivering interventions including referral management, screening assessments, triage, care planning, risk assessment, and evidence-based interventions.
You will provide drug, alcohol, and holistic health education to patients and colleagues through one-to-one and group sessions. Additionally, you will champion health promotion initiatives focusing on preventative measures to reduce drug-related harm and enhance overall health.
As a leader, you will uphold the highest professional standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and role-modeling clinical excellence.
