We are currently recruiting for a Relief Duty Manager to join our team.
The Relief Duty Manager will work within the centre, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care. You will report to the duty manager, and in their absence, you will manage the facility and ensure all activities are delivered to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include supervising specific activities, maintaining cleanliness, and working on the safe handling and setup of equipment.
As a key part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a safe environment for pool activities. Our leisure centre has a supportive team working towards providing an inclusive leisure hub for the community.

Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
What you’ll need to do the role
We are seeking candidates with experience in a leisure environment, pool supervision, and a can-do attitude. As a senior lifeguard, you need to be safety-conscious, vigilant, and able to handle pressurized situations. You must have strong swimming skills and hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent, along with a first aid qualification.
