An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to work in the staff restaurant at our head office, Cowick Hall in East Yorkshire. This role is to assist in the food operation, preparation of hot & cold meals, general cleaning & serving customers. The working hours of this role will be between the hours of 6:00am 3.00pm Monday Friday. Essentials: Educated to GCSE level Good knowledge of food handling and food preparation, cooking to a high level from buffets to fine dining, helping to drive the team to produce great quality fresh food Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player with a can do attitude Attention to detail Adaptable, and capable of remaining calm and organised in a fast-paced environment Desirables: Ideally you will hold a Full UK Driving License as there are some driving duties associated with the role ADZN1_UKTJ
