IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Administrator be the first point of contact for children, families, professionals, and other visitors to Bolton Family Hubs and offer advice and support to members of the public relating to services available within the centre for our client in Bolton. Duties: * Provide reception, information, and general administrative support to Family Hubs and the Start Well Service. * Deliver reliable customer service, helping resolve enquiries and service issues. * Handle enquiries face-to-face, by phone, and online, offering advice and guidance to children and families. * Record, store, and share information to support service delivery. * Assist in creating and updating documents, reports, and information resources. * Manage and monitor shared email inboxes. * Build strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and external agencies. * Sort and distribute mail, order supplies, and coordinate goods and services. * Process and monitor payments, including receipting, recording, and petty cash handling. * Manage room bookings and help organise meetings, events, and conferences. * Take notes and produce minutes for meetings. * Prepare and maintain records for storage and archiving. * Carry out other administrative tasks as required. Requirements: * Experience of using a range of computer software packages to produce accurate, well-presented documents. * To demonstrate the ability to handle cash and be able to record and monitor payments in line with financial procedures. * To have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. * Minute taking experience is essential. * An understanding of the services provided by Children’s Services. * To have experience of working in a customer service/ reception environment. * Word Processing Level 3, Typing Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration qualification. * To be able to work outside of normal office hours, operating between 8:00am and 8:15pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 8:45am and 4:45pm on a rota basis, to meet the needs of the service. * A clean, Enhanced DBS check is essential for this role. * A full UK driving licence is preferred in the case of needing to travel to different locations. * Able to work across a number of locations. Hours & Pay: * Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm however, you must be able to work outside of normal office hours, operating between 8:00am and 8:15pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 8:45am and 4:45pm on a rota basis. * 37 Hours Per Week. * £12.93 to £13.05 Per Hour depending on experience.
