Advanced Practitioner required for Leeds City Council. Competitive rates on offer, up to £35 per hour for the right candidate. The role will involve managing complex cases, court work and support less experienced staff.
Responsible for:
1. -Achieving the highest standards of practice in complex casework.
2. -Holding a complex case load and supporting our growing number of newly-qualified social workers.
3. -Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with colleagues in order to co-work cases and assist with their learning and development.
4. -Assist the team manager by providing support and guidance to other team members to promote strong practice and positive change.
Minimum Requirements:
5. - SWE Registration
6. -2 year post qualifying experience within UK
7. -Eligibility to work in the UK
