We are seeking an experienced Social Worker with a proven background in Children in Care and Permanence Planning to deliver high-quality interventions and achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. About the Role As a Permanence Social Worker, you will: Work directly with children and young people to promote stability and long-term positive outcomes. Manage a caseload of children in care, ensuring their care and pathway plans are robust, aspirational, and child-centred. Undertake statutory visits, assessments, and care planning in line with legislation and guidance. Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure that children's needs are met through effective, joined-up working. Contribute to achieving permanence through adoption, special guardianship, or long-term fostering. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Social Work England registration. A recognised Social Work qualification (BA/MA/DipSW/CQSW). Significant experience working in Permanence or Children in Care Strong assessment, planning, and report-writing skills.
