Position Summary
The Career & Professional Development Center at Messiah University seeks to provide the highest quality career education for all students. We desire candidates who display a passion for preparing students for the world of work through innovative programs and services. This 12-month, full-time position will contribute to the career and professional development of students in these ways: Coordinate career-related events and programs that connect students to post-graduate opportunities. Give oversight to the career management software (Handshake) and first destination survey. Manage and/or provide support to special projects, such as: departmental budgeting student touchpoint data on-campus recruiting Respond to various constituents including students, employers, faculty, parents, and alumni on inquiries related to career/internship services and opportunities. Manage work-study hiring and supervision. Create a friendly and hospitable environment to welcome guests and introduce them to CPDC services.
