This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and are looking for flexible work across a variety of primary and/or secondary settings. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to gain further school-based experience, we would love to hear from you. The Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupils' learning Assist students with additional needs, including SEND Help to manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Provide general classroom support across different year groups Adapt quickly to different school environments within the trust Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or day-to-day depending on your availability and preferences.
