Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and organisation of our park premises. The successful candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Previous hotel experience and a strong background in hospitality or janitorial services are highly desirable. Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold company standards and procedures
* Conduct regular inspections of guest caravans, public areas, to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
* Address guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all housekeeping activities
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth park operations
Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
* Knowledge of janitorial practices, cleaning techniques, and health & safety standards
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required by Park Operations
