As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.
If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £180 (One time Payment), and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Tasks Provide individualized academic support to students with autism and Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs).
Develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Guide students towards academic success through mentoring and instruction.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals.
Utilize educational technologies to enhance learning.
Maintain accurate student progress records and communicate effectively.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in professional development opportunities.
Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in educational technologies
Passion for student success and inclusive education
Relevant educational background (preferred, but not essential)
Willingness to complete NAS training modules (support provided)
