Domus have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to national organisation that focus on supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental health needs
This is a great opportunity to be apart of a small, person-centred care provider launching an exciting new supported living division in Shropshire and we’re looking for an ambitious and compassionate Supported Living Manager to lead the way.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
1. Set up and manage a brand-new supported living service for adults with learning disabilities
2. Recruit, lead, and develop a dedicated support team
3. Ensure high-quality, personalised support that promotes independence and dignity
4. Drive compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
5. Build strong partnerships with families, commissioners, and professionals
6. Oversee rotas, budgets, staff development, and day-to-day service operations
Registered Manager Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a managerial or deputy role within supported living or adult social care
8. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred planning
9. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
10. A proactive, hands-on approach with the passion to shape a new service
11. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
