We are seeking motivated, qualified Secondary Teachers who demonstrate exemplary behaviour management skills, creativity, and a nurturing approach, with the ability to teach English to a high standard. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will contribute to the delivery of an innovative curriculum that inspires a love of learning and maintains high expectations for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English and other subject areas as required.
Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management to create a positive learning environment.
Plan and assess learning in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework and school expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Support the holistic development of pupils, fostering creativity and experiential learning.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and assessment criteria.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners.
