Property/Project Manager with Office Management Capability
We are seeking a highly organised and technically proficient Property/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be primarily focused on the comprehensive management of luxury residential and commercial properties, while also encompassing general office administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in project coordination, building systems, and contractor management, along with the ability to support a well-functioning office environment through effective communication and organisational skills.

Reporting to the Estate Manager, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and discreet manner.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all construction and refurbishment projects for high-end residential and commercial properties, ensuring alignment with design briefs, timelines, and owner expectations.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, authorities, and property management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Assist in design development and contribute to achieving the owner's vision for each property.
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and prepare regular financial reports to ensure cost control and transparency.
Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and maintenance schedules to support long-term property performance.
Plan and manage both planned and reactive maintenance activities to maintain high standards and minimise downtime.
Act swiftly in response to property-related issues or emergencies, taking appropriate corrective actions.
Manage procurement processes, liaise with suppliers, and resolve invoicing and account queries.
Maintain and review technical documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Support the daily operations of the office by coordinating vendors, managing supplies, assisting with logistics for meetings and events, and addressing any facilities issues.
Assist with onboarding new staff and ensuring clear communication within the team.
Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on property and project management.
On-site supervision or inspection experience in the construction industry.
Thorough understanding of architectural design, MEP systems, and construction processes.
Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot faults across building systems and installations.
Familiarity with BMS, home automation, AV, and IT systems.
Proficiency in reading CAD drawings, blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Experience with high-end or listed properties and an understanding of compliance requirements.
Soft Skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and owners.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Other Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valid UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
