Key responsibilities:
* Lead your team – motivate the team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve strong results
* Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management and profitability
* Make it your own – create a store personality that is a great place for both your team and customers
* Support the area – work with a wider team of Branch Managers to support KPI attainment and develop in a specific area
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experienced manager ready to take your retail knowledge to the next level
* Aim to manage your own store
* Passionate about retail with proven business management skills
* Customer-focused approach to build a thriving business
* People-focused leader who brings out the best in the team
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hard-working
