We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our hardware electronics team at our Livingston/Bathgate Design Centre. In this role, you’ll drive core technology, manage projects, and guide a team of engineers to deliver exceptional results for our customers. You will shape the team’s culture and success, empower your team to reach their full potential, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

In This Role, You Will
* Project & Cost Management: Oversee all aspects of company and customer projects, manage resources and budgets, lead the team in innovative solutions, and optimise workflow for high-impact activities.
* Technical Leadership & Quality: Ensure technical success of programs, understand customer needs, have the right people and processes in place, identify risks, and uphold/improve quality standards.
* Talent Development: Hire diverse, skilled engineers; mentor and coach; focus on development, succession planning, and helping each team member reach career goals; embody and champion core values.
Education And Requirements
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
* Seven or more years of related engineering experience is required.
* Two or more years of project management experience is preferred.
* Prior experience in a service-based industry is a plus.
