Senior People Advisor – TUPE Specialist | Employee Relations | HR Business Partner
Location: Ashford -Hybrid
Salary: £57,000 + Benefits
Contract: 3 Month FTC | Full Time

We are seeking a Senior People Advisor with full end-to-end TUPE experience – from due diligence and consultation to employee transfers and post-transfer integration. This is a high-impact role where your TUPE knowledge will directly shape organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support significant change activities, including restructures, consultations and TUPE.
* Manage complex employee relations cases
* Coach and develop managers
* Use data and insight to influence organisational design and workforce planning
You’ll Bring:
* Proven, hands-on TUPE expertise (essential)
* Strong Employee Relations experience
* HR experience as a Manager, Business Partner, or Senior Advisor
* Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
