A client in the wealth management industry is seeking an experienced Commercial Pricing & Promotions Consultant to join the team.
You will shape and deliver data?informed promotional strategies that drive client engagement, flows and trading activity, reporting into the Head of Commercial Performance. This role will play a central part in designing, coordinating and optimising high?impact promotional initiatives within a fast?paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Identify value and client flow opportunities through close collaboration with insight and data teams
2. Develop a quarterly and long?term promotional roadmap aligned with product, marketing and business priorities
3. Coordinate with compliance and key stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment
4. Design promotions and build clear commercial business cases with projected impact and ROI
5. Develop and progress broader promotional capabilities including referral schemes and trading credit initiatives
Requirements
6. 3+ years' top tier consulting training
7. Strong understanding of the wealth management or broader financial services landscape
8. Strong financial modelling experience
9. Highly autonomous with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal oversight
10. Strong stakeholder management capability across multiple teams
11. Commercially analytical with experience building business cases and interpreting data
