Night Shift: 9:45pm-7:45am. Full flexibility and working weekends.

About the 3 Supported Living services
Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities, some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour. We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.

Full Time Support Worker duties:
1. Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
2. Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
3. Assisting with the development of person centred plans
4. This includes employment, education and other opportunities
5. Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
6. Providing personal care where needed
