Requirements
* Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance (pipes, fixtures, drainage, leaks, blockages).
* Respond to emergency plumbing issues such as leaks, burst pipes, and flooding.
* Diagnose plumbing faults and recommend effective solutions.
* Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and other trades on-site.
* Upload job-related reports, photos, and documentation using smart devices.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.
* Follow health and safety regulations and attend ongoing training.
* Suggest improvements to workflows and on-site efficiency.
Skills:
* Carry out plumbing works related to water leaks, burst pipes, and leak detection.
* Assist with drying, dehumidification, strip-outs, and reinstatement preparation.
* Identify the source of leaks and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
* Communicate clearly with customers, insurance representatives, and subcontractors.
* Upload job-related reports, photos, and documentation using smart devices.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean working environment.
* Follow health and safety procedures and attend regular training.
* Suggest improvements to improve efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
