**Job Title: Freelance GeoJSON Polygon Creator for Venue Addresses**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to generate GeoJSON polygons for a specified list of venue addresses. These polygons will be utilized by data vendors to create location-based analytics. Each polygon should accurately depict the venue's boundaries, incorporating the building footprint and adjacent areas like parking lots and immediate grounds.
**Working Tool:**
The primary tool for this project will be for both the creation and validation of polygons. Progress will be reviewed through this platform.

**Scope of Work:**
1. For each venue address provided, access
2. Change the map layer from "Standard" to "Standard Satellite."
3. Draw a polygon that reasonably encompasses the venue area, ensuring to include parking lots where applicable.
4. Validate the GeoJSON to ensure it meets the following criteria:
- Properly closed polygon ring
- Correct coordinate order
5. Compile each polygon's GeoJSON into a single Google Doc, clearly labeling each entry with:
- Venue Name
- Address
6. Once the Google Doc is approved, export it as a PDF and provide both:
- A link to the Google Doc (or its content)
- The PDF file
**Deliverables:**
- A Google Doc containing all GeoJSON snippets, organized under headings formatted as:
- Venue Name — Address
- A PDF export of the above document
**GeoJSON Specifications:**
- Use Polygon geometry (avoid LineString)
- Specify coordinates in the format [longitude, latitude]
- Include properties such as: venue_name and address
- Ensure polygons are "vendor-ready," with clean boundaries and no irregular spikes
**Address Format:**
You will receive the venue information in the following format (you can insert this directly into the document structure upon receipt):
- Venue Name — Full Address

**Proposal Requirements:**
In your proposal, please include:
- Your methodology for determining polygon boundaries and your quality assurance process for accuracy.
- An estimated timeline for completing the entire set once the address list is provided.
- A brief overview of any previous work that demonstrates your experience with GIS, GeoJSON, or similar map-boundary tasks.
**Skills Required:**
- Proficiency in GeoJSON and GIS fundamentals
- Experience with or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail in boundary drawing and labeling
**Quality Standards:**
Polygons must be consistent and justifiable, clearly indicating the venue area, including parking. If a venue presents complexities (e.g., shared lots or multi-tenant spaces), create a reasonable boundary and add a brief note in the document under that venue.
