The Body Shop is recruiting for the Store Manager role. The position leads the store and team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results and engaging customer experience in line with The Body Shop brand and ethical, cruelty-free beauty standards.

Responsibilities
Customer Experience - Shape a customer-focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life. Ensure development of consumer loyalty to help build The Body Shop brand.
Delivery - Manage and meet sales and performance targets with strong planning and organising skills. Possess exceptional stock management abilities and the capacity to monitor and manage change. Use available data to make sound commercial and business decisions to drive sales and people. Possess full knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and a passion for The Body Shop products.
Teamwork and People Management - Lead and work as part of a team, respond quickly to problems, communicate effectively, and model flexible, responsible leadership. Attract and retain talent who reflect the brand. Identify high potential and develop team members to a high standard.
