Multi-Skilled Engineer (Nights) - FMCG
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 18:30-06:30
Market Leading Salary: Up to 53,500
A growing FMCG business is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its nightshift team.
The Role
* Carry out daily maintenance of production equipment
* Respond quickly to breakdowns with fault-finding and repair
* Log work completed, root causes, and materials used in CMMS
* Support planned preventative maintenance programme
* Ensure compliance with food safety, H&S, and quality standards
* Contribute to improvement projects and suggest ideas to optimise machinery and processes
* Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure smooth production
About You
* Fully qualified multi-skilled engineer (electrical and mechanical)
* Fast paced manufacturing experience desirable
* Hands-on, flexible, and able to work under pressure
* Team player with attention to detail
