Responsibilities
 * Provide toxicology expertise to internal Croda business partners and support product and substance specific advice.
 * Advise on novel non‑animal approaches to hazard and safety assessment.
 * Represent Croda in workshops at trade associations, conferences and initiatives supporting alternatives to animal testing.
 * Deliver technical presentations to both internal and external audiences.
 * Serve as the recognised contact person for toxicology topics within Croda.
 * Contribute to strategic decision making of the Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs Groups.
Qualifications
 * Degree level in toxicology or life sciences, with relevant experience in toxicology and hazard/safety assessment.
 * Master’s or PhD level (desirable).
 * Experience in alternatives to animal testing and read‑cross support.
 * Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
 * Strong team player with ability to build effective working relationships.
 * Ability to present technical knowledge to senior management and non‑technical audiences.
