Hours: 35 per week (working hours are either 08:00-15:30 or 09:00-16:30)
Are you a hands-on team player with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced production environment?
Due to expansion, we're looking for a Dispatch Production Assistants to join our dynamic team in Gateshead.
In this varied and vital role, you'll support the production and dispatch of accessible format products – including braille, large print, audio and standard print – helping to deliver high-quality materials with care, speed and precision.
What you'll be doing:
* Operating specialist machinery and production software to produce accessible documents
* Ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance from print through to final dispatch
* Managing multiple contracts with varying processes and requirements
* Working securely with confidential data and adhering to strict procedures
* Supporting colleagues across departments and sharing your knowledge through training
* Monitoring stock levels and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
