IT Support Technician 1st Line
As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for ;-
* Acting as first point of contact for all staff and contractors with IT related issues
* Resolving Helpdesk Tickets
* Assisting the IT Team in system implementations across all UK offices
* Setting up New Starters
Skills required for the IT Support Technician
* Minimum 12 months exp in a similar role as an IT Support Technician 1st Line
* Microsoft 365 App support
* Windows 11, troubleshooting, configuration, installation
* Software, Firmware, Driver Installation
Person Spec for the IT Support Technician
* Ability to work on own initiative and work well as part of a team.
* Willingness to undertake training and progress personal development
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Customer focused
