My client a well-respected Property Company in Oxfordshire is looking for an Account Manager to join their highly successful and growing team.
The successful Account Manager will be offered:
1. An attractive basic salary of £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
2. OTE £50,000 - £60,000
As an Account Manager, your role will involve but not be limited to:
3. Responsible for successfully targeting, engaging, and bringing onboard new prospects as well as managing and growing existing accounts in the region.
4. Work successfully with our internal team to meet the needs of both the business and our clients to maximise client engagement and enhance the customer experience
5. Forecast and track key metrics and undertake regular reporting both internally and externally
6. Manage and coordinate efficient onboarding processes with the provider; both externally and internally
7. Active monitoring of the cost efficiency and overall performance of the various providers
8. Identify and build strategic relationships with customers directly to aid in pipeline generation
9. Maintain a high level of contact with customers, prospects and introducers
To be considered for the Account Manager you must have:
10. Proven experience as an Account Manager, or equivalent role
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening and organisational abilities
12. Proven ability to manage multiple client projects whist maintaining a sharp attention to detail
13. Experience with Account Management Software is desirable but not essential
14. Experience within the property industry would be desirable but not essential
