Join our clients dynamic team as a SHEQ Advisor, supporting our Group SHEQ Manager across health, safety, quality, sustainability, and training. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement and high standards across construction and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support SHEQ administration and ensure legal compliance.
*
Collaborate with QC Engineer to promote a “right first time” quality culture.
*
Develop and maintain SHEQ systems and ISO accreditation requirements.
*
Lead audits, inspections, and investigations across sites and suppliers.
*
Deliver training, promote employee engagement, and monitor competence.
*
Drive SHEQ best practice and behavioural safety culture.
*
Assist with budget planning and monthly reporting.
*
Support tender submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
*
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
*
ISO Auditor qualifications
*
CSCS Manager Card
*
Strong experience with audits, incident investigations, and Microsoft Office
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
*
Background in construction or manufacturing
*
Working toward chartered membership (e.g., IOSH, CQI)
