We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Advisor to be based at our Sustainable Distribution Centre (SDC), NN7 2FR.
Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Lead, this role leads day-to-day investigations into all customer-related incidents and ensures the implementation of robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. The successful candidate will build customer confidence by consistently maintaining high standards of quality and compliance across the supply chain in line with SLAs, SLRs, GDP guidelines, and regulatory requirements, and will bring proven experience in Root Cause Analysis methodologies alongside a strong understanding of GDP guidelines.
