Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
* Maintain organised filing systems and documentation.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
* Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
* Support data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity.
Qualifications
* Proven office experience in an administrative role.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Effective phone etiquette and communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience with data entry and clerical duties is preferred.
Details
Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
