As a result of our success and ongoing expansion plans the Range have opened a brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5-years, in Stowmarket, Gateway14 Freeport, just 2 minutes of A14 J50.
This investment creates great opportunities, and we are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday. Working hours will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, occasionally start and finish times may change to meet operational requirements
Pay Rate: Excellent salary based on experience.

What does the role entail?
9. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for key day to day administrative tasks to ensure colleagues are paid correctly, on time and in-line with relevant legislation.
10. You will be processing new starters and leavers within our payroll system.
11. Gathering and checking time sheets, applying appropriate rules that may occur.
12. Updating and maintaining relevant data, ensuring confidentiality.
What skills & experience do we seek?
13. Payroll experience is desirable
14. Knowledge of using a Time and Attendance System
15. Excellent Microsoft word and Excel skills.
16. Ability to work to deadlines, whilst maintaining a key eye for detail.
17. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
18. Able to work as part of a team but also be able to work on own initiative.
19. Prioritise own workload.
20. Adhere to strict confidentiality policy (paramount).
21. Organised individual and maintain a tidy workstation
