What You Will Do:
Provide mental health assessments and interventions for children and adolescents in the community.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
Develop and review holistic care plans, working closely with the young people and their families.
Deliver therapeutic treatments and support, using evidence-based practices.
Facilitate access to community resources and support networks for young service users.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet service standards.
