Senior Delivery Consultant
£35k-£45k base

This is a Leeds-based tech recruitment business turning over £5m+ with a small, experienced team and a strong base of clients who come back. Software, cloud, data, digital. The kind of roles that actually convert because the relationships are already there.
They're not looking for more activity. They're looking for someone who takes ownership and sees things through properly.
The role
You'll manage delivery end-to-end - from brief to offer - across live roles and established accounts.
That means building candidate pipelines with care, keeping processes moving, handling offers and onboarding well and communicating clearly with clients who already trust the business.
There's a mix of perm and contract. No expectation to do BD, but if that's a direction you want to grow into, it's supported rather than assumed.

Small team. Experienced. People here tend to stay. It's a growing business without the structure that usually slows them down. Which means your work is visible, your judgment is trusted and the quality of what you do actually reflects on you.
If you like clarity, autonomy and being treated like an adult, it works well here. If you need constant direction, it probably doesn't.
What tends to work
You've delivered in tech or a related market. You're organised, you follow things through and you communicate well with both candidates and clients. You want more ownership than you currently have and you're ready for an environment where you'll actually get it.
What's on offer
£35k-£45k base, depending on experience. Commission at 10% to target, 15% above. No threshold. Hybrid, typically two to three days in Leeds.
