Overview
Childcare Officer (Maternity Cover) [FS4778] at Worthing Nursery, First Steps Childcare Group, Worthing College. This is a fixed term maternity cover for a maximum of one year, or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder.
Responsibilities
* Work with young babies through to children ready to start school, supporting learning, development and play.
* Share your love for learning and help ensure the children are learning, socialising, exploring and having fun.
Qualifications
* Recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent).
* Enthusiastic, organised and flexible with previous experience of working in a childcare setting.
* First Aid certificate desirable (not essential).
Benefits
* Highly competitive salary (£25,708 - £26,101 per annum) and above statutory annual leave entitlement, plus wellbeing days and Christmas closure days not deducted from leave entitlement.

Contract details
* Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
* Location: Worthing College Worthing Nursery, Worthing, England.
