The Role As a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be responsible for: Managing a range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold development acquisitions, sales, and disposals. Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, joint venture agreements, and releases of restrictive covenants. Advising clients on SDLT and related reliefs. Preparing information packs for re-sales. Conducting creative title investigations and resolving issues. Offering expert guidance on planning and building regulations relevant to residential development. Responding promptly and effectively to clients' commercial goals and needs. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Have strong experience in residential property law, particularly in development acquisitions, sales, and disposals. Be proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts and leases. Have a creative and solutions-oriented approach to title investigations.
