Temporary Gas Contracts Manager-Merseyside- Competitive (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Gas Contracts Manager to join a well-regarded Social Housing Provider on a temporary basis. This role is vital in ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction across all gas servicing, maintenance, and installation contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery and performance of gas servicing and compliance contracts.
* Ensure all statutory checks and certifications are completed and up to date.
* Manage contractor relationships, driving high standards of service and safety.
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ensure contract compliance.
* Respond effectively to escalated customer queries, ensuring excellent customer care.
* Support internal teams with technical expertise and contract management guidance.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in managing gas compliance/servicing contracts, ideally within social housing.
* Strong working knowledge of gas safety regulations and compliance standards.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Gas Safe, ACS, or equivalent).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
