Position Overview:
Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor from 2 years - 6 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is a hybrid opportunity along with the option for full or part time hours.

* Redundancy and restrictive covenants
\t
* Discrimination

* Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
\t
* TUPE transfers
\t
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
\t
* Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
\t
* Breach of contract
\t
* Harassment
\t
* Maternity and paternity matters
\t
* Restructuring
Requirements for this Employment Solicitor are:

* Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 2-6 years PQE
\t
* Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage key client relationships

Salary: £54,000 - £62,000 open for discussion
