Our client is an incredible PE backed multi site business based in Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire.
They are a growing SME and amazing brand name with retail sites across UK, France, and Germany.
They are recruiting a Finance Manager to manage they operational/ transactional teams to join the team initially on a 12 month contract, but very open to someone who would love to stay here on a permanent basis long term!
Newly created role as they are about to go through the implementation of a new ERP system and this candidate will get huge exposure to partnering with consultants, improving internal processes, data migration etc.
The ideal candidate would be a Finance Manager level candidate or qualified accountant who has reviewed + improved financial operations processes, managed a team of AP+ AR, and ideally is interested in systems and automations.
BAU this role is managing the transactional teams, producing reports, implementing processes and finding efficiencies. You will also be part of the system implementation of Business Central (Microsoft)

The role
* Onsite every day (Of course if something cropped up and you needed to WFH on a sporadic day, no problem).

* Location: ONSITE Oxfordshire and similar companies are based near chipping norton
* Salary £75 - 85k - Open to both QBE Finance Managers AND Qualified or Newly Qualified ACCA/ ACA or CIMA
* Initially 12 month contract - can start asap.
* Flex on start times - can start earlier or slightly later. i.e 7-4pm, 8-5pm, 9-6pm
