Life on the team
You will be joining the Global Services Backoffice team, which is part of Group Commercial Management. GSBO support our external/internal customers from contract setup in our SAP system, invoicing, managing all transactions between all the Computacenter entities, specialised onsite tasks direct with the customer and data analysis and reporting. The UK team currently has 48 people based in the UK, Budapest and India and is continuing to grow as the business and needs of our customers grow. The GSBO UK team is part of the largest GSBO area, that have teams in Germany, France, US, Hungary & Netherlands, with new countries continuing to come onboard.
What you’ll do
* Working with one of our largest financial customers
* Producing and managing the reports and analysis that we are contractual obliged to run
* Creating any ad-hoc requests that may come in from the customer or from the areas of Computacenter
* Being able to change and adapt any existing reports to accommodate any changes required
* Look at ways of continuing to improve the reports that you are being asked to create and look at ways to make efferences
* Working with multiple teams across Computacenter and the Customer
* Ensuring that the account reports are being produced in a timely manner and in line with the agreed SLAs of the customer
* Attend any account/customer meetings as required
What you’ll need
* Intermediate / advanced skills in MS Excel
* Intermediate / advanced skills in Power BI
* Enthusiastic and invested in what you do and bring a drive to work to your best ability
* Be a great team player, but also be dedicated and self-disciplined enough to be able to work on your own
* Care about what you are doing and take an active interest in getting to understand your role and the role that you and your team have in the company
* Inquisitive - not be afraid to question why something is being done that way if you can see a better and smarter way of working
