With ambitious plans for international expansion and a focus on high-potential categories, we’re now looking for someone to help us grow our influencer and UGC programs as we expand internationally.
Position Overview
Reporting to the CMO, you will lead the execution of our influencer and UGC ecosystem, contributing to the strategy while driving day-to-day implementation.
You will shape and run a clear, scalable approach to how we identify, recruit, brief and support creators, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality content across both organic and paid channels.
This role goes beyond managing relationships. It requires someone who can translate brand strategy into compelling creator storytelling, and continuously elevate output through testing, learning and iteration.
As a hands-on creator, you will also develop content when needed to explore new ideas, set the creative benchmark, and inspire our network of creators to deliver their best work.
You’ll work closely with the Brand, Social Media, and Creative teams to align plans and ensure our storytelling is consistent and effective across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Storytelling: Define and implement an integrated influencer and UGC plan aligned with product launches and business KPIs, translating brand strategy into clear creator narratives, hooks and formats.
* Influencer Strategy & Management: Define and execute a clear influencer strategy (tiers, roles, budget allocation), ensuring strong creator selection, performance-driven briefs, and a systematic approach to tracking, optimisation and long-term partnership building.
* UGC Engine Management: Lead our network of UGC creators, providing strong product education and data-driven briefs to deliver content that is both emotionally engaging and commercially effective at scale across paid and organic.
* Recruitment & Training: Continuously source and onboard creators through a structured approach, ensuring strong alignment on content quality, brand understanding and performance expectations, and leveraging tools where relevant to support scale.
* Negotiation & Value Maximisation: Lead creator negotiations with a focus on maximising ROI, content usage rights and long-term value, ensuring a thoughtful and effective use of investment across partnerships.
* Performance Optimisation: Analyse creative and campaign metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, Thumb Stop Rate, CPA) to refine hooks, formats and messaging, ensuring continuous improvement of the creator ecosystem.
* Content Maximisation: Ensure all creator content is fully leveraged across channels (organic, paid, ecommerce), maximising its value and impact.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand, Social Media and Creative teams to ensure aligned storytelling, clear briefs and cohesive execution.
* Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of social trends and industry shifts, identifying relevant formats, creators and opportunities to drive growth.
* Affiliate Program:Develop and scale an influencer affiliate approach focused on performance, revenue contribution and long-term partnerships, turning creators into consistent drivers of growth.
* Hands-on Content Creation: As a skilled social media creator, occasionally film and edit high-quality short-form content to test ideas, set the creative benchmark and support production when needed.
What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or UGC content within beauty, lifestyle or DTC brands
* Proven ability to build and scale creator ecosystems, including both influencers and
* UGC, including strategy, creator selection, negotiation, briefing and performance tracking
* Proven ability to define and execute influencer strategy (tiers, roles, budget allocation) and build long-term creator partnerships
* Strong content creator profile with hands-on experience creating short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), including filming and editing
* Genuine passion for beauty, with strong affinity to at-home gel nails - ideally already doing your own nails and familiar with the category
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on maximising value, ROI and content usage rights
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creators, briefs and workflows simultaneously, with a systematic approach to testing, tracking and optimisation
* Data-aware mindset, comfortable using performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) to guide decisions and scale what works
